Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with tags attached, and in the same condition as when they were purchased.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a full refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 working days. Alternatively, a store credit may be arranged upon request.

Exclusions

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Final sale items
  • Custom made items

Custom Requests

Custom design requests require a 50% down payment before design discussions or production will begin.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, photo evidence will be required as a claim must be initiated with the shipping carrier.

You must notify us immediately by calling or texting:

This allows us to respond quickly and resolve the issue in a timely manner.

The email must be sent within 24 hours of delivery.

Please use the following subject line format:

URGENT DAMAGE CLAIM – Order # – Date of Delivery X/X/XX

Your email must include:

  • A detailed description of the damage
  • A minimum of 3 clear photos showing the issue

Damage Due to Mishandling

Returns will not be accepted if items were damaged due to negligence or rough handling.

In these situations, we may attempt to repair the item. Depending on the severity of the damage, additional fees may apply to cover the time and resources required for repair.
